Overview: Oxyform is a highly adaptable hunter that can turn was seems to be a weather disadvantage into an extreme advantage. It’s also highly resistant to some common elemental attacks.

Ability: Weatherman
Oxyform will change forms depending on the weather. Moves of Fire, Water, and Ice type do not affect this FUSEmon, in addition weather effects will appear to a form’s respective type upon entry (Fire=Sunny, Water=Rain, Ice=Hail). Oxyform can change forms outside of combat however if Oxyform is holding Stardust it may change forms while in battle (this does not use up a turn and the Stardust is will be used up during that battle).

The user unleashes energy from the upper layers of the planet, laces it with elemental power, and directs it to the target. If the form is Fire it will have a 100% chance of causing a bad burn. If the form is Water it will have a 100% chance of stunning the opponent for 2-4 rounds. If the form is Ice it will have a 100% chance of freezing the opponent.

File: Dr. E’s recently published reports on Deevox have gotten me intrigued about the possibilities of a Deoxys’ abilities. Having something that’s highly adaptable with a high grade of power would be most beneficial to Project Hunter. I wasn’t going to use something done by Dr. E though! I do have my standards after all. I thought about possible candidates for me to fuse with a Deoxys carefully, it couldn’t be just any Pokemon. It had to be adaptable otherwise the forms and transforming capability of Deoxys would go to waste. Suddenly I remember a Deoxys fusion done by Dr. Terra called Deoform and then it hit me. A Castform! That was perfect! Its ability to adapt to almost any weather would prove most beneficial and able to make full use of Deoxys’ transforming abilities. I gathered and poured over all the data on Deoform that I could. I decided to expand and refine the capabilities of this and pull out the fullest potential I could. I spent hours going through different ratios and body types until, finally, Oxyform resulted. It took the body of mostly Deoxys but it had noticeable Castform characteristics. I took Oxyform to testing and saw that Castform’s forms fused with Deoxys’ to make something new. In addition it also is capable of altering the weather itself while in a form. It doesn’t have to wait for the weather to turn to obtain a form. I think Project Hunter has gained its most powerful member to date.
